We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance, Accounting & Tax to support the financial operations of the company. This role will assist in managing financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls, while coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure all transactions & bank statements are accurately recorded to accounting systems
• Ensure accurate and timely tax calculations, payments, and reporting for all tax types (PPh 21/23/25, PPN, Final, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (e.g., PSAK)
• Monitor financial transactions, review supporting documents, and ensure proper recording in the accounting system
• Prepare and submit required financial and tax reports to management, auditors, and government authorities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits and reviews
• Provide support in improving financial processes, internal controls, and policy implementation
• Stay updated with changes in tax and accounting regulations, and support the implementation of compliance updates
• Report to the manager/head of department all the balance of accounts periodically

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or taxation
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
