Tax Manager is responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. Ensures adherence to tax regulations, handles audits, and provides strategic tax advice to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Certified in Brevet A & B
- Proficient in tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and advanced Excel
- Up-to-date with the latest tax regulations
- Experience handling tax audits and objections is a plus
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ensure tax compliance in accordance with applicable tax regulations (Income Tax, VAT, Land and Building Tax, etc.)
- Prepare and review monthly and annual corporate tax reports (e-SPT)
- Review tax reconciliations with accounting reports
- Supervise tax withholding, payment, and reporting processes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and others)
- Handle tax audits and examinations by tax authorities (KPP)
- Develop tax planning strategies to optimize company tax efficiency
- Provide internal tax advice for business transactions and company contracts
- Monitor and update the latest tax regulations and analyze their impact
- Prepare monthly internal tax reports and analysis for management
