Tax Staff Pusat Accounting

As a Tax Staff, you will support the company’s monthly and annual tax compliance processes. From preparing tax data to ensuring timely and accurate reporting, your contribution will help maintain our compliance and support seamless financial operations. This role offers a strong foundation for those looking to grow a long-term career in taxation.

• Preparing and organizing data for monthly PPh (Withholding Tax) reports
• Preparing and organizing data for monthly VAT (PPN) reports
• Conducting tax data equalization and reconciliation when required
• Collecting and maintaining tax documentation, including withholding tax slips (bukti potong)
• Supporting the team in ensuring all tax reports are submitted accurately and on time
• Assisting in tax-related inquiries and audits when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax (experience in a tax consultant firm is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficient in Coretax 2 and Microsoft Excel/Google Workspace
• Hold Brevet A & B certification
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
