• Monitor and track all project and operational costs
• Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses
• Review purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims to ensure cost accuracy and proper allocation
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to verify supplier quotations and contract values
• Maintain cost databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Provide cost estimates for new projects and evaluate potential cost savings
• Highlight cost trends, risks, and opportunities to management
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality
• Management (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis (preferably in hospitality environment)
• Good understanding of cost management principles and financial reporting
• High level of integrity and accuracy in data handling
• Great command of English, both verbal and written
