• 1-2 years work experience with previous accounting office experience or experience in hotel or hospitality related finance and accounting
• Know managing revenues received and dispersed including account receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, general ledger reporting
• Can handling cash functions for the hotel and reconcile all dropped at the front desk
• Able to analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads
• Able to assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Able to assist the financial controller with system administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P&L responsibility
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to compile facts and figures
• Proficiency with Ms office (Excel/word) and experience with PMS like opera
• Art Design & Marketing Communication (URGENT)

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field
• Fresh graduate or experience as a graphic designer or in related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Experience with computer-aided design with Adobe family or similar tools
• Promote our products and services during events
• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
• Social media expert
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
• Can take photos and videos for promotional needs properly and correctly
