We are a well-established chemical distribution company with a strong presence across Asia. To support our continued business growth in Indonesia, we are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager based in Jakarta to oversee finance operations, lead the finance team, and manage banking and cashflow activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including AP, AR, treasury, cashflow, and leasing
- Act as the primary point of contact with banks, financiers, and leasing partners
- Monitor cashflow and ensure timely payments, collections, and funding activities
- Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 20 staff (AP, AR, finance executives)
- Provide clear guidance, improve basic procedures, and strengthen team communication
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance with local requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience with strong hands‑on exposure to banking, financing, treasury, and cashflow management
- Proven experience managing and leading operational finance teams
