Finance Operations Senior Associate – Releaser; Durianpay Hybrid Selatan Mi

Job description and key responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and release Settlement processed by team members to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee monthly settlement reports, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure adequate fund availability for settlements, proactively mitigating potential shortfalls.
• Oversee cash in and cash out reports and manage monthly analysis to ensure cash disputes.
• Monitor daily transactions from inbound payments, disbursements, and settlements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee monthly fee receivables calculation related to settlement activities.
• Provide leadership to the team as a releaser and ensure compliance with financial procedures and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance, or Management
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance Operations, and Settlement. Preferred if you have experience as a Settlement releaser
• Likes to analyse complex problems, such as finding the root cause of disputes, collaborating with others to develop solutions, and evaluating the impact of proposed solutions.
• Consistently complete tasks accurately, follow instructions carefully, and check work for mistakes.
• Able to provide constructive feedback and recommendation on current SOP and workflow
