Tax Manager; Manufacturing WFO

Tax Manager (Manufacturing) - Jakarta - WFO ()

Coordinate with the local finance team, external tax consultants, and legal team to support ongoing tax audit cases for Company's Group.

Conduct regular visits and maintain liaison with assigned Account Representatives (AR) and tax auditors (once or twice weekly), together with external tax consultants, to strengthen relationships, manage tax audit communications, and handle daily tax matters.

Perform tax health checks for each entity in collaboration with external tax consultants; provide recommendations, execute improvement plans, and monitor progress.

Utilize tools recommended by external tax consultants during tax health checks and conduct periodic tax reconciliations.

Organize monthly and quarterly tax reconciliation meetings; develop and enhance reconciliation procedures.

Monitor the progress of transfer pricing documentation for each entity and ensure adherence to timelines set by the Tax Director.

Deliver Indonesian tax training and provide tax knowledge support to the local team and headquarters.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in taxation, preferably with exposure to tax audit handling and corporate tax compliance.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.

Experience in coordinating with tax authorities (DJP), Account Representatives (AR), and external tax consultants.

Proven experience in handling tax audits and tax dispute processes.

Familiar with transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.

Experience in conducting tax reconciliation and tax health checks.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple entities, and meet strict deadlines.

Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
