Cost Analyst; Manufacture​/EPC; North

Cost Analyst (Manufacture / EPC) (North Jakarta)

Monitor, analyze, and control company budgets to ensure cost efficiency and financial discipline

Prepare cost analysis, budget tracking, and variance reports on a regular basis

Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings

Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, etc.)

Ensure budget control processes comply with internal policies and procedures

Provide accurate financial insights to support management decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in budget control, cost control, or related roles
• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in EPC is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and budgeting/reporting tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta (Jakarta Utara)
