The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Internship program offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance. As an M&A Intern, you will gain practical exposure to live projects, sharpen your technical and analytical skills, and experience the dynamic working environment of a boutique advisory firm.
Working Arrangement- Full WFO at SCBD, Jakarta Selatan
- Conduct financial statement reviews and basic analysis
- Performing market, macroeconomic, industry, and capital market research
- Supporting valuation and due diligence processes
- Assist in the review of accounting standards (PSAK) and commercial contracts related to M&A
- Preparing materials for client meetings and internal discussions
- Engaging in quantitative analysis and number-crunching work to support deal execution
- Providing support for fundraising, M&A, divestment, and restructuring projects as required
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any major with a strong interest in corporate finance and a clear motivation to pursue a career in this field
- Ability and determination to independently build the financial knowledge required for the role
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Available on a full-time basis for 1-3 months, with possibility of extension
