Job Description:
1. Record financial transactions and prepare accounting journals accurately.
2. Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
3. Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes.
4. Prepare supporting documents and reports for financial statement preparation.
5. Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies.
6. Assist internal and external audit processes by preparing the required documents.
7. Manage accounting files and documents in an organized and systematic manner.
8. Coordinate with other departments regarding financial data and document requirements.
Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates with good accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounting cycle.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of INDONESIA Tax regulations is an added advantage.
