Oversee standard cost creation for existing products and costing simulations for NPD, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policy
Lead the annual review of standard COGS parameters (material, labor, overhead) and present recommendations to management
Run comparative analysis between standard and actual costs, delivering timely and accurate monthly variance reports
Identify key cost drivers and recommend initiatives to improve cost efficiency and product profitability
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing to gather updated data on production cost components
Support NPD and Marketing teams with costing calculations for new product launches, promotions, and pricing scenarios
Mentor and develop the costing team, strengthening analytical capabilities and ensuring adherence to company standards
Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of the costing database, and support ERP/BI tool implementation for costing processes
Deliver costing reports and analysis that inform strategic decisions for Business Planning and senior management
What You Bring8+ years of experience in Costing, Management Accounting, or Finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Solid background in FMCG or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in standard costing, product costing, and variance analysis
Track record supporting NPD activities, particularly costing simulations
Working knowledge of SAP (CO/PC module) or other ERP systems related to costing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus
Strong financial and cost analysis skills
Solid business acumen and commercial awareness
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
