Accounting Supervisor

PT Cantik Alami Sehat is continuously growing, and we are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who is ready to support the company through accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and management reporting processes.

This role has a broad scope covering Accounting, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, and Management Reporting, and will work closely with various departments to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be involved in budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting. You will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and other relevant departments to provide financial insights and support effective business decision-making.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in financial analysis and business performance, while contributing to various initiatives aimed at improving profitability, cost efficiency, and the company's overall financial performance.

Here are the qualifications you must have:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Min GPA 3.50

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Able to perform variance analysis and identify key financial drivers and root causes.

Understanding of P&L and profitability analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

What Will You Do?

Support the preparation and review of financial plans and business-related financial information to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Monitor financial data and business performance regularly, and provide relevant insights to support management evaluation.

Assist in reviewing financial results by comparing actual performance with established plans, targets, or previous periods.

Identify relevant financial trends, changes, and variances, and provide supporting analysis to help understand their underlying factors.

Support the evaluation of financial performance across products, categories, channels, customers, and other relevant business areas.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to gather financial information and support business performance discussions.

Assist in preparing financial calculations, business analysis, and supporting simulations for various business activities and management needs.

Monitor financial utilization and business-related expenses, and support the identification of opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making processes.

Support the improvement of financial reporting processes, templates, and data management to ensure information is accurate, reliable, and easy to use for business analysis.
