This team partners closely with business teams to drive simplification and deliver exceptional customer outcomes in Asia and the Middle East region which covers 26 markets, 600+ offices and branches, and more than 140,000 employees. By strengthening our control environment and enhancing risk management, we drive operational excellence and enable the bank to deliver focused and sustainable growth in this super-region.
Responsibilities:- Ensuring account servicing cards and Loans instructions are processed accurately & in timely manner.
- Responsible for maximizing productivity as agreed standard.
- Responsible complaints, inquiries, investigations are resolved within SLA and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proactively involved in process improvement and streamlining projects.
- Supporting team leaders to produce MI and reports, improve productivity & service delivery.
- Good time management
- Team player, yet independent.
- Have knowledge of credit cards (including core system and application)
- High spirited.
- Fast learner and easy to adapt to rapidly increasing challenges.
