Accounting and Finance Manager

Oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, and analysis activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other requirements, including Indonesia and IFRS as applicable.

Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, procedures, financial systems, and reconciliation processes to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Investment Operations, ensuring proper execution of daily processes, adherence to established procedures, and effective coordination across functions.

Drive Accounting & Finance transformation initiatives and strategic projects to enhance systems, processes, and overall function effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of financial management experience in life insurance or big four experience with life insurance clientele.

Proficient in accounting systems (SUN), Microsoft Office 365, accounting principles, and database handling.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
