Finance position supporting daily credit management and AR settlement activities within one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta.
Key responsibilities
Support daily credit management activities and monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances
Recap AR deductions and consolidate customer invoice details for settlement matching
Follow up on Payment Block and outstanding items to ensure timely AR clearing
Prepare weekly/bi-weekly progress reports and month-end outstanding summaries
Coordinate with divisional stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
Assist in daily bank statement recap and collection posting
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years of experience in AR, Credit Control, or Finance Operations
Experienced in using SAP (S/4 HANA is advantages)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Fluent in English, able to communicate with stakeholders across divisions
