At PwC, our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital budgeting, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.

The Shared Delivery Center – Financial Modelling team develops initial financial models to support other Business Units within Deals, ensuring accuracy and appropriate detail. Your work will demonstrate and build on strong financial modelling expertise, combined with the ability to integrate multidisciplinary insights to enhance deal value and decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degreeor higherin Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics,Engineering, Computer Science,orarelated fieldfrom top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas, with aminimumGPAof
  3.0 out of 4.0.
• Relevant professional qualificationsarepreferred(e.g.,Chartered Accountant[CA], Chartered Financial Analyst[CFA], and Financial Risk Manager [FRM]).
• Proficiency in financial modellingisessential.
• Proficiency in Pythonand/or Risadvantageous;experience withVBA, SQL, orotherprogramminglanguagesisa plus.
• Experience in project financing, corporate finance, and valuationsisadvantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesiaand English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyengage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentandmanagemultiple priorities.
