Finance

• Handle daily payments, receipts, and cash management activities.
• Process bank transfers and payments accurately through internet banking platforms.
• Prepare and submit documents required for banking transactions.
• Communicate with bank personnel by telephone and email regarding transactions and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of cash and bank transactions.
• Monitor cash balances and reconcile bank transactions with internal financial records.

Jobs Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Experience in finance, treasury, or handling cash and bank transactions is preferred.
• Proficient in using internet banking and processing bank transactions accurately.
• Able to prepare banking documents and communicate professionally with bank personnel.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible when handling company funds.
• Availability to join immediately or at short notice is preferred.
