Corporate Finance Analyst; FinTech

n Adecco is currently partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire an FP&A Executive (Corporate Finance) who will play a strategic role in driving financial planning, business performance, and commercial decision-making across the organization (Jakarta based).In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial insights that support business growth, optimize profitability, and enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, executive reporting, and SaaS business analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly planning processes.
• Develop rolling forecasts and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Identify potential cash flow risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and other key financial metrics.
• Partner with business leaders during budgeting and planning cycles.
• Perform pricing analysis and evaluate commercial initiatives.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.n
