About The Role
As a Funding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding partnerships with banks, multifinance companies, P2P lenders, and other capital providers. You’ll lead funding initiatives end to end from strategy and negotiation to deal structuring, documentation, and ongoing lender management. This role plays a key part in optimizing cost of funds, liquidity, and capital efficiency as the business scales. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for external funding partners, building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities- Establish expansion of the company's partnership with lenders, including Banks, BPRs, multi-finance companies and other capital providers
- Oversee and manage funding initiatives and other strategic partnerships with financial institutions
- Develop and execute funding strategies to optimize cost of funds, liquidity and capital efficiency
- Manage all negotiations with financial partners including deal structuring and pricing
- Manage end to end loan processes including loan documentation, disbursement and covenant monitoring
- Act as the key point of contact for lenders and external stakeholders, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
