PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai), a leading optical retail company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced Finance Department Head to lead our finance operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial transactions and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Monitor billing, collection, payment processing, and outstanding balances.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of AR/AP transactions and financial records.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls, processes, and SOPs.
Prepare and review financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
Lead, manage, and develop the Finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve financial and payment-related issues.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with strong experience in AR/AP
.
Proven experience in leading and managing a Finance/Accounting team.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, reconciliation, and internal controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in retail, multi-outlet is a plus.
