Digital Advisory Lead

Lead the design and delivery of advisory projects on digital transformation and governance.

Supervise project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outputs such as policy briefs, reports, and stakeholder engagement materials.

Ensure that policy recommendations and analytical work align with national and subnational climate priorities.

Build and maintain partnerships with government institutions, civil society, private sector, and international organizations.

Provide analysis and recommendations on digital governance, data systems, AI, emerging tech, and institutional reform.

Collaborate with the Climate Advisory Lead and other teams to connect digital transformation with other policy areas.

Contribute to Think Policy’s strategy and thought leadership on digital policy issues in Indonesia.

Represent Think Policy in forums, discussions, and policy dialogues on digital governance and transformation.

Work with Think Policy’s Digital Principal and Head of Advisory to monitor trends, regulations, and opportunities in Indonesia’s digital transformation landscape to inform strategic planning.

Master’s degree in public policy, information systems, digital governance, or related fields.

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in digital policy, e-government, or digital transformation projects.

Good understanding of Indonesia’s digital transformation agenda, including data governance and citizen service delivery.

Experience in managing policy projects, stakeholder engagement, and advisory work.

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
