Job Description
- Coordinate with relevant ministries, government agencies, and industry organizations regarding business regulations and compliance
- Liaise with industry associations such as chemical associations, food & beverage associations, and other related organizations
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and official communications with external parties, including government representatives
- Establish and maintain effective communication with governors, local governments, and other public institutions when required
- Prepare reports, official letters, meeting minutes, and supporting administrative documents
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Government Relations, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar role
- Good understanding of government institutions, ministries, licensing processes, and regulatory affairs
- Experience working with government agencies, industry associations, or chambers of commerce is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
