- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
- At minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program coordination or stakeholder/community engagement.
- Havingstrong skill for planning, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote or field environments.
- Clearand effective communication both written and verbal, ability to explainand convey messages about complex issues; strong influencing skills.
- Abilityto work independently to deliver business objectives, ability to work inmulti-cultural environment with other internal functions and external stakeholders and government representatives.
- Experience in gathering strategic/complex information and synthesising/presenting itefficiently both orally and in written to help developing business solutions, plans and priorities.
- Able tomanage the stress caused by the volatile external dynamic as well asenjoys difficult negotiations to solve problems.
- Fluentin English, both oral and written
- Work experience in Papua is preferred
