Customer Experience Agent

1–2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Customer Service, preferably handling e-commerce platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

Patient, empathetic, and able to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.

Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Willing to be placed in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta with full WFO working arrangement

Job Description :

Respond to customer inquiries through Sociolla, Lilla, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tik Tok Shop, and Lazada), including product consultations, order inquiries, and delivery status.

Provide accurate product recommendations by developing a strong understanding of Sociolla's product portfolio and in-house brands.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service by providing responsive, professional, and customer-oriented support.
