Executive Pastry Chef

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable
• Ability to create innovative, artistic, and high‑quality pastry and bakery products
• Skilled in designing and executing showpiece displays for events and presentations
• Strong knowledge and application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
• Knowledge in Pastry, Bakery, Boutique and Ala carte
• A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and professional attitude
• Experience in Asia
