- Manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices (Mac and Windows)
- Administer Microsoft 365 suite and Azure AD user lifecycle
- Handle user access provisioning/deprovisioning across systems including VPN Access (Employee Onboarding and Offboarding)
- Automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting (Power Shell, Python, n8n, or similar)
- Support Microsoft Teams collaboration environment
- Maintain IT asset inventory and compliance (ISO
27001) - Provide technical support to staff and escalate to vendor if necessary
- Document processes and create automation workflows
- Engage directly with vendor or service center for device replacement or reparation (including on-site service center visits if required)
- 3+ years experience in IT support or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and Azure AD
- Experience with Endpoint management (MDM/Intune experience preferred)
- Basic scripting abilities (Power Shell, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of identity and access management
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work from Durianpay HQ, SCBD
- Fluent in English
