Pre-Sales Engineer Senior Staff - Ink Jet Printer - Jakarta (B-127919)

Our client is a Ink Jet Printer company
. Currently, they are looking for Pre-sales Engineer Senior Staff.

• Coordinate with HQ on technical updates, strategy, and implementation.
• Provide technical training to regional engineers (printer operation, RIP software, color management, Adobe tools).
• Support the sales team during the pre-sales process (requirements gathering, sample preparation, solution proposal).
• Assist customers with pre-installation requirements (site layout, infrastructure, software setup).
• Handle technical troubleshooting before and after installation.
• Support marketing activities including demos, trade shows, and showroom operations.
• Manage product demonstrations, evaluations, and sample production.
• Evaluate new substrates and applications and document best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and equipment providers.
• Ensure smooth deployment and optimal performance of industrial inkjet solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Textile Technology, Printing, or related field (IPK min 3.00).
• High-conversational level of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital textile printing or pre-sales support.
• Familiar with textile production processes and machinery.
• Knowledge of RIP software, Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), and color management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct product demos and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical proposals.
• Understanding of spectrophotometry is an advantage.
