Job Description- Diagnose and resolve user issues from applications, web dashboards, and other contexts based on user descriptions.
- Prepare troubleshooting documentation or bug‑fixing documents for supervisors.
- Analyze and support the Team Customer Experience with user requests/complaints, providing suggestions to improve the system.
- Handle daily tickets and user complaints from the Customer Experience Team.
- Foster positive relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Coordinate with the Infra Team in managing the Core System Application Server; handle any infrastructure‑related cases.
- Report to the direct supervisor and summarize the daily resolution status.
- Coordinate with the Project or Product teams for cases requiring product‑side improvements or platform enhancements.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Fresh graduate (with student‑organization experience) or one year of experience as an IT Helpdesk or Application Support.
- Understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and Mongo
DB. - Foster positive relationships and collaboration with both internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and document issues clearly.
- High analytical skills to analyze cases quickly and accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
