Responsibilities
- Pricing & Promotion Strategy
:
Own the pricing framework across service lines and geographies. Design and evaluate high-impact promotional programs (loyalty, bundles, campaigns) while modeling P&L impact. - New City Go-To-Market (GTM):
Lead commercial due diligence and market research for expansion. Define demand sizing, competitive positioning, and launch benchmarks for new clinic openings. - Business Performance Monitoring
:
Build and maintain dashboards to track the customer journey. Facilitate regular business reviews to ensure data integrity and functional accountability. - OKR & Strategic Planning
:
Lead the quarterly OKR cycle, ensuring the Business function is perfectly aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.
- Experience
: 5–8 years in Commercial, Strategy, or Business Analytics roles. Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-unit consumer services is a significant plus. - Strategic Track Record
:
Proven experience owning (not just supporting) pricing or GTM strategies. - Technical Excellence
:
Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to interpret complex P&L data into actionable insights. - Communication
: A structured communicator who can present "decision-ready" insights to senior stakeholders. - Mindset
:
Ownership, Data Driven, Collaborative, Strong problem solver, High Integrity. You are proactive and you default to evidence and data before forming opinions.
