• Support basic cloud service configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and project implementation.
• Assist in understanding customer requirements and preparing suitable cloud service solutions.
• Support pre-sales technical communication, product explanation, and basic solution presentation.
• Coordinate with cloud service providers, vendors, partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Help follow up project delivery, technical issue resolution, and customer feedback.
• Prepare simple technical documents, solution materials, comparison tables, and project records.
• Support internal product testing, technical learning, and knowledge accumulation.
• Report project progress, technical issues, and customer requirements to the management team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of cloud services, servers, networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in IT support, network support, system integration, technical support, or project support is welcome.
• Able to learn new products and technologies quickly.
• Able to communicate in English for basic technical discussions, document reading, and vendor communication.
• Chinese language ability is a plus, but not required.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to coordinate with different parties.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and good communication skills may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of Linux, Windows Server, virtual machines, databases, routers, switches, firewalls, or cybersecurity products.
• Experience preparing technical documents, customer materials, or project records.
• Experience supporting customer meetings, product demonstrations, or technical discussions.
• Experience working with international vendors or Chinese technology companies.

This position does not require the candidate to be an expert from the beginning. We are looking for someone who has a basic technical background, is responsible, and is willing to learn.
