• Support testing, configuration, and daily technical support for POC radio devices and related platforms.
• Assist in product demonstrations, customer communication, and technical explanations.
• Support basic troubleshooting for POC radio devices, SIM card connection, mobile network connection, APN settings, platform login, dispatching functions, and device operation.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, partners, customers, and internal teams to follow up technical issues.
• Support project delivery, product installation, testing, customer training, and handover.
• Help prepare product materials, testing records, user guides, project documents, and simple technical proposals.
• Learn and understand operator-network-based POC radio solutions and private network communication solutions.
• Report product issues, customer feedback, and project progress to the management team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of communication products, telecom devices, mobile network devices, radio products, or IT equipment.
• Experience with POC radio, walkie-talkie, HT, dispatching systems, LTE/4G communication devices, DMR, PDT, or telecom products is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in technical support, field support, product testing, telecom, communication products, or IT equipment support is welcome.
• Able to learn product operation, device testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to communicate in English for basic technical communication, document reading, and vendor coordination.
• Chinese language ability is a plus, but not required.
• Responsible, patient, and willing to support customers and field work.
• Fresh graduates with interest in communication products may also be considered.

• Experience with HT, POC radio, walkie-talkie products, telecom devices, Android-based devices, mobile network products, or network equipment.
• Basic understanding of SIM cards, mobile networks, APN settings, dispatching platforms, or radio communication systems.
• Experience in product testing, customer training, field support, or project implementation.
• Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, or telecom-related partners.

This position does not require the candidate to be an expert from the beginning. We are looking for someone who is interested in communication products, willing to learn, and able to support customers responsibly.
