Kualifikasi Scrum Master (Pengalaman 3 Tahun)
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi.
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, atau posisi serupa.
Berpengalaman menangani pengembangan aplikasi/software menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum.
Kompetensi teknis:
Memahami framework Scrum dan Agile secara mendalam.
Menguasai tools Agile seperti:
Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Trello.
Memahami SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Memiliki pengalaman dalam manajemen risiko dan stakeholder management.
