The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product & Performance Analyst who can independently drive analytics and performance insights for our clients.
This role goes beyond execution. You will be expected to structure problems, propose data‑driven solutions, and translate insights into business impact with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with clients, support junior team members, and contribute to growing client accounts by identifying new opportunities and measurement improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, performance marketing knowledge, and business acumen.
Responsibilities- Analyze and monitor client performance data, including advanced analyses (funnel drop‑off, cohort analysis, audience segmentation).
- Independently generate insights and propose actionable recommendations to improve ROI and business outcomes.
- Translate client business needs into analytical solutions and identify opportunities for further analysis or optimization.
- Forecast and estimate potential business impact of initiatives and performance changes.
- Ideate and plan data‑driven solutions leveraging analytics and digital marketing capabilities.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients while managing communication and relationships.
- Assist analytics manager on project deliverables and timelines, reporting bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Support senior stakeholders in business development initiatives, including identifying upsell opportunities.
- Minimum 3–4 years in marketing analytics, product analytics, or performance analytics. Exposure to project coordination or project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (GA4) and Apps Flyer, including the ability to explain their core features and use cases.
- Understanding of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, Programmatic), including audience targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
- Strong ability to translate analysis into clear insights and well‑structured, client‑ready presentations.
- Understanding of performance marketing platforms and key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates).
- Familiarity with attribution and marketing effectiveness measurement, including marketing technology such as conversion tracking, attribution setup, CRM, etc.
- Comfortable with external and client‑facing responsibilities.
- Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in consulting, tech, or e‑commerce is a plus.
- Experience in owned channel (SEO, push notifications), A/B testing, and/or AI/ML is a plus.
- Has an agile mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and adapt with new technologies, trends, and client landscapes.
