The Web Beds APAC Commercial Technology team is looking for a new colleague to support our growing Web Beds business in the Asia Pacific region by managing API client integrations and providing technical support.

• Support and assist clients in Asia Pacific to connect our hotel product to their systems, including onboarding new API clients and maintaining existing ones.
• Set up, map and monitor API client connections.
• Field general questions, monitor trends and performance, investigate issues, and find solutions for APAC API clients.
• Become an expert on our system and end-to-end business processes.
• Provide technical support via phone, chat, email and in‑person as appropriate.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problems.
• Work with IT/platform support team to resolve bugs.

• At least 2 years of experience in application support/IT.
• Knowledge of XML, SOAP, REST or similar.
• Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to handle competing priorities independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Technical experience in software development a plus.
• Understanding of SQL queries a plus.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to work 14:00–23:00 Jakarta time, including weekends on a rotational basis.
• Proficiency in Mandarin speaking/writing a plus.
