PT Softorb Technology Indonesia (STI) membuka lowongan untuk posisi Technical Support Staf. Tanggung jawab termasuk memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna, melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat IT, serta menangani laporan gangguan.
Kandidat ideal memiliki latar belakang IT minimal D3/S1 dan kemampuan troubleshooting yang baik. Pengalaman dengan sistem ticketing dan pengetahuan mengenai Windows OS akan menjadi nilai tambah.
