Senior Data Analyst

About The Role

As part of the Data Analyst team, you will collaborate with our stakeholders to solve problems by providing data and analytics solutions. You will play an essential role in creating a data culture in the company by ensuring stakeholders can produce data‑based decisions. If you are detail‑oriented and love working with millions of data, this role gives you the chance to fully develop not only technical skills but also business and product acumen.

• Provide analysis to measure impact of new features, business flows, campaigns and present results in a visual storytelling format.
• Create, maintain and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Create and manage Data Marts to streamline work.
• Ensure data correctness by collaborating with Data Engineers to maintain data quality.
• Become a strategic partner with stakeholders from various backgrounds by advising on metrics, data sources, visualizations and analytical methods for better data‑based decisions.
• Translate complex findings into simplified and business‑applicable material.
• Deliver tasks with high accuracy and speed.
• Stay up to date with data and analytics trends.

• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Ability to create user‑friendly and insightful dashboards/reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Experience operating various data sources (No
  
  SQL, RDBMS, JSON, etc.) for analysis and reporting.
• Experience providing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive analysis using tools such as Big Query, Python, R, SPSS, etc.
• Knowledge of data mining concepts including statistics, machine learning, forecasting, etc.
• Experience processing core banking data and understanding the end‑to‑end digital lending flow.
• Excellent storytelling skills to explain past projects.
• Holistic thinking across functions.
• Comfortable working with millions of rows of data.
• Creative problem solving and proposing alternative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Self‑driven, curious, detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.

• Experience with Google Big Query and Looker.
• Experience exploring data from third‑party platforms (web/mobile analytics, marketing attribution, API logging, etc.).
• Best practices in building Data Marts.
