- To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
- To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning
- Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
- Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
- Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least 2-3 years in product management, product marketing, or solution sales within the IT security or networking industry
- Experience working in an IT distributor, principal/vendor, or system integrator environment will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, go-to-market plans, and business growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
