Data Engineer; ETL

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Programmer to join our Information Technology team. This role involves developing, managing, and supporting data processing systems, integrations, and applications. The position is open to Junior, Middle, and Senior-level candidates who have a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Must have relevant experience in the IT field.

• Junior:
  Fresh graduates are welcome. Must have completed a final project, training, or internship related to programming or data.
• Middle:
  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in an equivalent role in a similar industry.
• Senior:
  Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent role with leadership responsibilities in a similar industry.

• Understanding of general banking processes or prior experience in IT within the banking sector is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java EE).
• Skilled in SQL and working with various databases:
  MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2.
• Experience with ETL tools such as ODI, Datastage, Talend, or Pentaho.
• Familiar with Data Warehouse concepts and Big Data platforms.
• Knowledge of API, SOAP Web Services, and ISO 8583.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Awareness of current technologies including Generative AI (Gen AI).

• Ability to analyze and debug issues effectively.
• Able to read and understand complex code.
• Proficient in designing logical workflows using flowcharts.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work independently or in a team setting.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
