Data Analytics Engineer

PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management is a professional and experienced financial services company, established in 2006 as a spin-off from PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. Henan Asset is building a modern, scalable data platform, and we are looking for a Data Analyst who will act as a primary technical owner. This is not a pure engineering role; you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and business intelligence. You will play a central role in transitioning our organization from a centralized reporting model toward a federated, self-service data environment.

• Tooling & Infrastructure: Ensure the stability and accuracy of data pipelines (SLA compliance) while extending features across orchestration and BI layers.
• Data Modelling: Build and curate "single source of truth" data marts that support cross-functional decision-making and management reporting.
• Data Quality: Implement rigorous testing and reconciliation processes to ensure consistency as data definitions evolve.
• Platform Governance: Manage access control following the principle of least privilege and maintain robust documentation that is easily discoverable by end-users.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with "Data Champions" across business units to develop domain-specific datasets and conduct workshops to promote BI self-service.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Support critical business diagnostics with deep-dive data analysis and investigate anomalies to improve model design.
• Engineering Best Practices: Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based secret management as core parts of the data operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or related roles, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust data infrastructure.
• Moderate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Linux CLI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and modern data engineering architectural patterns.
• Proven track record in designing leadership-facing dashboards and managing BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Superset, or similar).
• Strong ability to distill complex business requirements into a tangible technical roadmap.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
