Responsibilities:
Work with sales and other related internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution;
Engage with clients for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities;
Serve as the communication bridge between clients and the product team;
Assist with troubleshooting alongside the product and R&D teams when needed;
Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign results;
Communicate with clients to strengthen our ad offerings;
Support hashtag or influencer marketing activities as needed;
Potentially lead and measure the success of a team.
Requirements:
Over 8 years of experience in organizations focused on service and revenue generation;
Rich experience in building strong client relationships and managing client campaigns;
Experience in delivering tech solutions to non-tech clients;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed;
Management experience is a plus.
