Overview: We are seeking a Senior Tester / Quality Assurance (Service Now) – Technical professional to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Service Now solutions. This role is responsible for validating technical implementations, configurations, custom developments, integrations, and platform upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements and Service Now best practices before production release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Service Now applications.
• Perform functional testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and best practices, Service Now architecture and technical components.
• Log, track, and defects flow management, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Hands‑on experience testing Service Now configurations and custom development.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Having 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA, preferably on the Service Now platform.
• Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies and best practices, Service Now architecture and technical components.
• Hands on experience using Phyton/Java/C#.
• Experience using automation tools (e.g. Katalon/Selenium).
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) /Agile/Waterfall.

Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Certification if any :

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
