As our Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind high-level SEO strategy and technical implementation. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with our talented team to deliver outstanding organic search performance for a range of international clients. • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for local and international campaigns
• Audit existing websites and identify key opportunities for growth
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Perform technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GTmetrix
• Execute link gap analysis and content audits to identify growth opportunities

• Optimise on-page elements including metadata, schema markup, and site speed
• Implement content changes to the website whilst maintaining the overall styling
• Implement technical SEO improvements across Word Press, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
• Leverage your understanding of JavaScript and CSS for advanced optimisations

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other professional tools
• Provide data-rich insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and analysis
• Support account managers with client communications and project updates

• Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Conduct regular campaign audits and strategy reviews
• Share industry insights with the marketing team

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO campaigns
• Strong technical, on‑site, and off‑site SEO expertise
• Must have experience working for a digital agency in Australia, the UK, or the US

• Expert‑level proficiency with SEO tools:
  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Experience across multiple CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify)
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and CSS
• High level of English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
• You must be able to perform on‑page content optimisations and write Blog posts for a range of different industries
• The ability to “consciously” use AI to analyse data, perform keyword research and help with content outlines and idea generation
