We are Smart Cyber, a member of Cybertrend, one of the leading data science consulting firms in Indonesia. In the Delivery Department, you will be part of the core team responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions for our clients.

As a Data Analyst & Storyteller you will own the entire lifecycle of Cybertrend’s projects, optimizing data to develop dashboards, reports, and other visualizations for stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics/BI functions using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL or another query language.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics languages like Python or R is a plus.

• Develop BI reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and metadata layers using BI tools.
• Synthesize and translate business data needs into creative visualizations in Tableau.
• Add value by providing innovative solutions and improving methods of data presentation to support business decisions.
• Solve complex technical and business challenges related to data, and effectively communicate recommended solutions to stakeholders.
