IT Data Analyst

Overview

Role focused on data coordination, analysis, quality, and support across departments to enable data-driven decisions.

• Coordinate with Sales Marketing Department to check latest pricing.
• Collect and integrate data from internal systems, external databases, and business applications.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments and provide timely and accurate results.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of data across systems; address discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in implementing data governance practices to maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support for data-related issues, including troubleshooting data extraction and reporting problems; manage response and resolution times; collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve challenges.
• Utilize data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI) to perform analysis and generate reports; stay up-to-date with advancements in data analytics tools and techniques.
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and data accuracy standards to ensure consistency and reproducibility; ensure compliance with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in managing and leading a team of data analysts, with a track record of successful project management.
