Location: Jakarta Selatan

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions that support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Configure Salesforce features including page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Support system integration and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in technical discussions and support pre‑sales activities when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Consultant.
  • Minimum 1 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Experience with:
    Salesforce configuration and administration, Page Layouts, Profiles, Permission Sets, Workflows and Approval Processes, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce integration, Data Migration and System Integration, SDLC methodologies and testing phases.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in consulting or project‑based environments for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation experience.
  • Team player, fast learner, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
