As a Project Delivery Lead, you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale ERP/CRM implementations across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will bring strong strategic and delivery leadership to manage complex fixed‑price engagements, engage senior stakeholders, and steer execution, decision‑making, and overall delivery success across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.
  • Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client‑specific needs.
  • Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long‑term, trusted client relationships.
  • Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM (or equivalent) to challenge and guide delivery teams, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and drive informed solution decisions.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high‑pressure environments.
  • Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia (SEA) by adapting to regional nuances, diverse teams, and varying client expectations.
  • Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC where applicable to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.
  • Manage commercially sensitive fixed‑price projects end‑to‑end, ensuring strong governance across scope and change management, project planning and scheduling, financial tracking and cost control, risk identification and mitigation, and delivery execution and quality.
  • Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
  • Foster a customer‑centric culture, building strong relationships while leading, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Independently manage large, complex projects across BU/Practice Domains within Avanade (e.g., ERP/CRM programs) from initiation through to closure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology‑related field (advantageous). A combination of hands‑on expertise and educational background is valued.
  • 12+ years of total working experience.
  • Experience in technology project implementation across a regional scope of more than 3–5 countries.
  • Profound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent customer‑expectation management skills.
  • Experience working within consulting or solution‑implementation environments.
  • Confidence in engaging CXO/business leadership, handling escalations, managing difficult conversations, and building trusted client relationships.
  • Technical depth in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM (or equivalent) to challenge delivery teams and drive solution decisions.
  • Command respect from cross‑functional teams, drive accountability, manage conflicts, and lead high‑pressure delivery environments effectively.
  • Understanding of SEA regional nuance, diverse workforce dynamics, and client expectations in this region.
  • Experience with AI proficiency in delivering SDLC is desirable.
  • Prior experience managing commercially sensitive fixed‑price projects, demonstrating strong governance in scope management, project planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
  • Results‑oriented mindset, self‑directed ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, and drive positive change.
  • Customer‑oriented attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong people‑management abilities to lead and mentor team members.
  • Proven experience independently managing large, complex projects preferably within ERP/CRM implementations from end‑to‑end.
