Role

AIA is seeking a Data Analyst responsible for collecting, managing and analyzing data from various sources. As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. You will analyze datasets, identify trends and support various functions in the Partnership Distribution Department with data analytics needs.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate results effectively and monitor metrics to measure business performance
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and performance monitoring trackers for stakeholders within the Partnership Distribution Department
  • Develop and automate data collection, analysis and reporting processes
  • Ensure reports are delivered on time with a high level of accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), SQL, Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge about insurance business
