Engagement Manager – Marketing AutomationAs an Engagement Manager – Marketing Automation, you will own both client engagement and delivery execution across marketing automation, CRM, and data-driven lifecycle initiatives. This role is a hybrid of solutioning, strategic advisory, and hands‑on delivery leadership, requiring strong client‑facing skills and deep Martech execution knowledge. You will act as the trusted advisor to clients, the primary owner of CRM delivery, and a key contributor to new business growth, particularly in Indonesia.
You enjoy solving complex client challenges, translating strategy into execution, and working closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business impact.
- Own and manage day‑to‑day client relationships as primary engagement lead for assigned accounts.
- Serve as main point of contact for briefs, alignment sessions, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication.
- Maintain high client satisfaction while ensuring contracts and SOWs are delivered as agreed.
- Be a trusted advisor on CRM, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and automation strategy.
- Design, build, and optimize CRM journeys, canvases, workflows, and automation logic across platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage).
- Execute audience segmentation, lifecycle flows, reactivation funnels, promotional mechanics, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Orchestrate campaigns across owned channels including email, push, in‑app, Whats App, and other CRM touchpoints.
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Drive campaign strategy, ideation, execution, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical and campaign logic within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Validate event tracking, customer attributes, data pipelines, and audience logic to ensure accurate execution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data discrepancies, journey logic, tracking gaps, and campaign delivery.
- Work closely with technical, data, and engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation in Indonesia.
- Support new business opportunities by responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and contributing to pitch presentations.
- Conduct discovery workshops, solutioning sessions, and client advisory alongside sales teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell Martech, CRM, CDP, and analytics solutions.
- Manage leads from MQLs, SQLs, and vendor partnerships, contributing to assigned growth targets.
- Translate client objectives into clear scopes, delivery plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, data, tech, analytics) for cohesive delivery.
- Guide analysts and junior team members on segmentation logic, journey setup, QA, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation, reporting cadence, and operational consistency across accounts.
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, consulting, CRM, or Martech solutions.
- Strong experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or personalization.
- Comfortable operating in a Martech agency, digital consultancy, CRM/CDP vendor, or technology‑driven environment.
- Proven ability to balance client engagement, strategy, and hands‑on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate win‑win outcomes.
- Confident presenter who enjoys leading client workshops, strategy sessions, and solution discussions.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems through data and technology.
- Experience or strong interest in CDP, personalization, or AI‑driven marketing use cases.
- Hands‑on familiarity with tools such as Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce, Hub Spot, GA4, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with data teams on event tracking, customer attributes, and analytics frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, MoEngage, etc.).
