Experience:
14+ yrs. Must-Have Finance Functional Consultant with working experience in the below modules:
Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, Cash Management. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups related to finance modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in writing simple PL/SQL queries. Good to have FAH. Knowledge of OTBI Reports. Strong technical understanding of how data is imported from third‑party systems to Fusion modules through OIC. Ability to effectively communicate with third‑party vendors and other support teams.
High‑level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management. Certification in Oracle Cloud Finance is advantageous.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsAs part of discovery review Oracle EBS R12 Business Process and map the process in Oracle Fusion as To‑Be solution. Perform fit‑gap analysis and propose solution.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Finance modules to address complex business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Configure Oracle Cloud Finance modules according to business requirements, including chart of accounts, accounting rules, financial reporting structures, and tax configurations.
Develop and execute test scripts to validate Oracle Cloud Finance configurations and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Conduct user training sessions to empower end users with knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
Provide post‑implementation support to end users, addressing functional inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to support Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Finance projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
